As bloggers, we are often busy writing content, editing the design of our blog or communicating with our visitors or readers. We are always very busy right? The reason why some of us are working so hard is that we love over-delivering so our readers keep coming back over and over again!
I am pretty sure that your goal is also to make a passive income on the internet, so that is why you are working hard! The problem is that we can’t always do everything ourselves, this applies to Internet marketers and not just to bloggers. How can we do everything by ourselves? It’s almost impossible! A CEO of any company will need workers, so he can focus on important things. Creating a successful site or blog can’t be done just by 1 person but by a few workers working hard for it and obviously, it is the owner of the blog or site that is going to have hire people (Web Designer, Seo Professional, etc.) We can’t have good knowledge in all fields, so that is one of the reason why we should outsource.
Like I mentioned, we all made mistakes when we first started out. I created a free blog (blogger) and I was wasting a lot of time on it and I ended up realizing that using a free blog means that you have no ownership and little control on your blog. It’s better to have our OWN domain so we can publish our OWN content on it. Also, learning how to set up a self-hosted blog can take a lot of time. I don’t know if you have read my ‘ About me ‘ page but I mention that it took me a few years to start posting content on my blog because I didn’t know how WordPress was working. When you are a newbie, it’s hard to learn how to make a post, how to create a page or how to install plugins because it takes time! And we can all agree on the fact that as entrepreneurs, our goal is to market, sell and make money and not learn how to do technical skills!
Here are the reasons why you should outsource:
1) More Free Time

As bloggers or Internet entrepreneurs, our goal is to not have a job and leave the 9-5 work scheduler right? Well, if you plan on doing everything yourself, you will end up working 8 hours a day and you won’t have time to relax. We are all working hard because we don’t want to have a full job, we want to work at our terms and outsourcing will help us having less work and more free time!
2) No Headaches

What would a CEO of any company be without it’s workers? No where! If you concentrate on too much tasks, you will end up having headaches and for a newbie, this is the worst thing ever! I rather find that newbies are often overloaded with informations and it’s better for them to outsource if they can’t learn everything by themselves. Outsourcing will reduce the amount of pressure and stress on you!
3) Will Help You Avoid Wasting Time

You have two choices when you first start out. Learn everything by yourself or do trials & errors untill you become an expert. Believe me, the first option is the best! Yes, it’s simple really. If you don’t know how to set up a blog, you can sign up for a free blog or attempt to learn the trade or outsource! I can tell you that I learned this the hard way, I did big mistakes when I first started out and I had to fix them! Don’t waste time folks!
4) Creating Relationships

One of the most beautiful thing about the internet is that you can meet people from anywhere in the World! You don’t get to have this opportunity anywhere! If you hire or work with someone, you will get to communicate with people and develop your social skills and this is important! To become an effective business owner, you have to be someone that is social and that loves communicating! Like I have said often, for a blogger, it’s important to communicatin with your readers because your readers are the most important for you! Why create a blog if no one reads you?
5) Developing Your Entrepreneurial Skills

Outsourcing will already put you to the test! Do you threat your workers/teammates well? Do you offer them support or do you pay them on time? Those are all questions that arise CEO’S or Internet Entrepeneurs every week! You need to develop your entrepreneurs skills, so you can become successful and respected! You need to already develop a mind of an Entrepreneur and outsourcing will really put you the test!

True Fazal. Most of us blogging or do online business in order to pursue passive income and more freedom on time, but some people might stuck themselves into it and become more busy handling blogging and online business than a normal job.
It’s quite meaningless for me to earn a lot of money but don’t have time to enjoy life.
Outsourcing is definitely important and helpful.
I guess its an awesome article, thats what exactly happened with me, I was over loaded with bunch of methods and and Never know what to follow and what to not.
and some times I feel to leave every thing and take a long rest, but I m forced to do.
Also to hire a team is not an easy task, we need some initial funds for that, and most of us don’t have them
Hey Fazal,
Great post illustrating the advantages of outsourcing. It’s a smart thing to do if you have a trustworthy VA who can write unique articles.

wow, that really amazing bro. That why outsourcing is really important to make the end of result = worth.
Outsourcing is very important if you want to break new grounds in less amount of time. No one person has what it takes to do everything that is required to take a business to the top all on their own. It takes some major outsourcing in all the right areas that makes a productive business. As an entreprenuer it’s important we develop the skills required.
God bless,

Outsourcing is very important in order to make a blog successful. I agree it saves valuable time especially for students who have to devote more time for their studies
I am still in the learning process and doing project on ondesk related to SEO . I will make my website soon InshAllah.
I am all for that.
Outsource folks, I just had a website, product and professional blog set up in days not years.

Outsourcing is a need for new generation of organisation nowadays. However, we should also bear in mind that outsourcing will in directly reduce the quality of services provided.
I agree that to succeed some of your tasks need to be out sourced but to be honest I’ve had a tough time getting someone reliable that I trust is giving me my moneys worth, in fact I suspect she was “working full time” for others at the same time. I now only use an outsourcer on a “pay per job” basis, so if they slack off, it’s no big deal.

Outsourcing can save a lot of money, But then again it depends on what is being outsourced. For a content blog, I would not mind getting unique articles written by someone.
