Simple Tips On How To Write Good Blog Content

A lot of newbie bloggers wonder how they can blog if they aren’t writing experts? I have to tell you that you don’t need to be an expert to become a succesful blogger. I am not a ‘ Guru ‘ yet and I do try my best to write quality content whenever I can. I have already written a bit about this topic but I feel like I need to elaborate more on the subject. I will give you some tips to write good content all the time. As a blogger, you have no choice to write good content all the time because you have to offer value to your readers and visitors so they keep coming back! To make money blogging, you need to consistently write good content because you can’t just monetize your blog and have low quality content! You can always outsource your writing but I don’t suggest it. I am proud of writing the content myself, I love what I do since blogging is my passion!

Here are some tips To Write Good Blog Content:

  • Do Some Researching

This is what I do before writing most of my posts. I had a post on The List Of The Top 20 Richest Internet Entrepreneurs In The World. Do you think I knew them all? No, I did some researching so I could have a post on it. I plan on writing a lot of ‘ Top Lists’ type of posts in the future and researching will help me a lot. If you aren’t an expert, you could research about certain topics and finally write a post of your own. Try to not exactly copy the same content because remember that unique content is always the best. It’s like when you write an essay for a school’s project, you need to do some researching first.

  • Be Creative
You can’t always write the same content, you have to diversify and be creative. Try to have attractive headlines, titles and ,etc. A post that has the headline “Top Ten Ways to Build a Better Blog” is way more attractive then ” Tips To Build A Better Blog ”. Here some mixed things you should offer to your visitors/readers:

Entertainment – Depending on the niche, there are a good number of blogs used as entertainment. People that are looking for laughs and some humour will always tend to look for entertainement blogs.

Education – If you want to educate your readers on a certain topic, you have no choice but to offer them some education through your writing.
Information – People on the Internet are always looking for free information on a certain issue, product or topic and they will tend to read blogs to get their free information.
Debate – Most blogs are open for comments and some people will tend to look for a good old fashioned dialogue, debate or fight over a certain issue.
News – A good amount of blog readers want to have fresh and frequent updates on a certain field.
Community – You can see top bloggers have it easy because they have created a community for their blog. You will see the same persons comment on each of their posts and quite often the topic is secondary to these connections.
  • Make It Simple And Easy

-Try To Use Subheadings : Try to use the h2,h3-tag to make your subheadings.

– Make Short paragraps: You need to make your content easy to read and understand, it’s better you offer the opportunity for your readers to read your pharagraphs quickly.

– Use Simple Words - You have to realize you aren’t writing to an audience that all have college degrees. Use simple words and don’t try to be too fancy and use thousands of synonyms. I have had some good success with that, if you use simple words, you shouldn’t have any problems to be understood by most of your readers if not them all! Remember that your goal is to create content that can easily be scanned!

I often do a research on topics before writing about them. Choosing the correct title along with the keywords in the meta description and keyword density in the body of the blog is also essential.

    Simple and right on point!

I love the aspect of research so very much. I try as much as possible to see what others have written about any topic I want to write. And working with what I’ve seen I put up something more indepth.

    Thanks for this.
